​​RFP Proposal Submission

Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center invites qualified and experienced firms and individuals to submit a proposal for the design, purchase, construction and delivery of a Mobile Computed Tomography Scanner.

Proposals may be delivered by email, postal delivery or delivered by hand.

If emailed, send to Dan Bevels, director of Community Health, at daniel.bevels@atriumhealth.org.

If mailed or delivered by hand, please the proposal in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Proposal for Mobile Computed Tomography Scanner.”

All proposals must be​ delivered no ​later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, to:
