COVID-19 Vaccinations
Floyd is offering the Pfizer COVID-19
vaccine to for free at four Floyd locations.
The Pfizer vaccine is approved for use in ages 16 and older. This vaccine requires two doses given three weeks apart. A second-dose appointment will be made at the time the first vaccine is given. After completing the necessary paperwork and receiving the vaccine, recipients will be observed for at least 15 minutes.
Make an Appointment
You can make an appointment online for your first dose of the vaccination. Proof of residency and age, such as a driver's license or ID card, will be necessary at the time of your appointment. Anyone under age 18 should be accompanied by a legal guardian to provide consent.
