Atrium Health Floyd provides appointment reminders by text and automated phone call for most outpatient services, including Primary Care visits. ​These messages provide a quick, clear, and updated information about your appointment.

• We will text you prior to your appointment.
• When you receive the text you can reply YES to confirm your appointment or NO to decline.
  
• Replying​ No will provide you with the office phone number to reschedule.
  
• To stop appointment reminders, Reply STOP and you will be removed from receiving future reminder text.
• If your phone number on file is not a cell phone number, you might  receive phone call reminders
