This easy-to-take health assessment can help you discover important information about your cardiovascular health and risks factors by
- comparing your actual age to your heart's biological age
- calculating your 10-year risk of developing cardiovascular disease.
- determining your 30-year risk of cardiovascular disease if you are younger than 60
- Prioritizing your most harmful cardiovascular risk factors
After you take the assessment, it will email you a multi-page report ranking your personal risk factors, your heart age based on your health instead of your chronological age, and your cardiovascular risk estimate over a certain time period.
