The outpatient cardiac rehabilitation program located at Polk Medical Office Building on the Polk Medical Center campus cares for patients after a heart event.

The program uses exercise, behavior changes and education to help build a patient’s physical fitness. The goal is to return the patient to the highest possible level of activity.
