Dr. Terrell Jenrette is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients age 3 and older. His clinical interests include routine health screenings; chronic conditions such as COPD, high blood pressure and diabetes; common skin issues; and seasonal allergies.
Dr. Jenrette says, “I decided to become part of the medical field because I wanted to help people. I grew up in a family that did not perceive health care as a necessity. This resulted in many people dying or being negatively impacted by conditions that could have been treated or prevented." He also believes that “If you listen to your patient closely, they will tell you what's wrong with them."
In his free time, Dr. Jenrette enjoys watching movies, playing basketball, listening to live music, spending time with his family and reading.
He is a member of the American Board of Family Physicians, Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and the Gold Humanism Honor Society. While completing his residency, Dr. Jenrette was named chief resident and resident of the year.
