Prepared for Birth is an eight-week, in-person class that teaches you natural birth techniques. Our Lamaze-certified instructor will help you gain confidence by practicing for labor and delivery, and planning for life after baby is born.
The class will be held in person on Thursdays from August 24 - October 12.
This class includes a tour of the Family Birth Center.

The class is designed for new and seasoned moms and partners who want to improve their birth experience. It is best if a mom is at least 23 weeks when the class begins.
Details
The class costs $80. Medicaid covers this cost, and some insurance companies offer reimbursement. We encourage you to check your plan benefits for more details.
Participants must register to attend. Participants may bring one support person with them as part of their class registration.
