Calhoun
Larken Logan, DPT, OCS, is a physical therapist and clinic lead in our Calhoun outpatient rehab office. She earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in exercise and health science from Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Georgia. Logan is board certified as an orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association. She also holds certifications in dry needling, fascial counterstrain (FCS) and LSVT BIG, which is a program to help improve movement and function in for people with Parkinson's disease.
Carol Richardson, OTR/L, CHT, is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist in our Calhoun rehab location. She graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in occupational therapy. Richardson has focused her practice on the specialized treatment of the hand and upper extremity for over 40 years. She has advanced training and a special interest in the treatment of complicated pain patients, as well as wound/burn care and scar management. Richardson is modality certified and uses modalities as part of her treatment approach. This includes ultrasound, low-level laser, fluidotherapy and paraffin. She is skilled in applying K- tape and using instrument-assisted myofascial release. Richardson is an experienced custom splint maker. She participates in medical mission trips to Central America. She has been a conference speaker and presenter nationally, internationally and locally, and enjoys teaching and mentoring students. Richardson also serves on the faculty for the Atrium Health Physical Therapy Residency program.
Cartersville
Anna Armstrong, CCC-SLP, earned a master's degree in speech-language pathology and a Bachelor of Science in communication science and disorders from the University of West Georgia in Carrollton. Armstrong holds a certification in LSVT LOUD, a speech treatment for people with Parkinson's disease.
Cedartown
Ally Wilson Love, DPT, PT, ATC, received a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Armstrong State University in Savannah, Georgia, and a Bachelor of Science in Education in athletic training and exercise science from the University of Georgia in Athens. Wilson is dry needling and LSVT Big Certified.
Jacob Rogers earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Augusta University in Augusta and a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Kentucky. He has experience in treating sports and orthopedic conditions. Rogers evaluates, manages and treats pain and decreased function coming from a variety of sources. These include spine conditions, stroke, vertigo, sports injuries, orthopedic injuries and other chronic conditions.
Caron Schabort earned a degree in occupational therapy. She has extensive experience in the rehabilitation of adults and older adults with orthopedic, neurological and cognitive issues.
Xavier Welch, DPT, PT, earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega and a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from Berry College in Rome, Georgia. He is dry needling certified.
Rockmart
Yolanda Alston-Jefferson earned a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina and a bachelor's degree in biology from Benedict College in Columbia, South Carolina. She has extensive physical therapy and rehab experience. Her specialties include geriatrics and orthopedics. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Rome
Andy Alisago received a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He received a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from Boston College in Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts, and a Bachelor of Science in zoology from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. His areas of specialty are orthopedics, the upper extremities and hand therapy. He is a certified hand therapist (CHT), has extensive experience fabricating splints and is a certified Graston Technique provider.
Carrie Alisago received a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor of Science in biology from East Tennessee State University in Johnson City, Tennessee. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and an APTA board-certified clinical specialist in neurologic physical therapy. Alisago is LSVT BIG certified through LSVT Global and neuro-developmental treatment certified through Recovering Function. She specializes in treating older individuals and people with neurological conditions, balance problems and falls.

Nicholas Bryant is a physical therapy assistant. He earned a Bachelor of Science in physical education from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega and an Associate of Applied Science physical therapist assistant degree from Athens Technical College in Athens. Bryant is certified in sport and orthopedic manual therapy by the Institute of Athlete Regeneration.
Misty Copeland is a certified occupational therapy assistant. She earned her Associate of Applied Science degree from Georgia Northwestern Technical College. Copeland is certified in all modalities and has training in the Handwriting Without Tears program. She has experience in treating both geriatric and pediatric patients. Copeland is a member of the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy and also holds an associate's degree in business management.
Alex Davis earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University in Savannah. He received a Bachelor of Science in Education in exercise and sport science from the University of Georgia in Athens. Davis is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist and is also certified in dry needling.
Suzanne Dunn earned a Master of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from LaGrange College in LaGrange. She is trained and licensed as both a physical therapist and registered nurse. Dunn's clinical interests and areas of specialty include physical rehabilitation of children and adults with neurological events, injuries or diagnoses including stroke and traumatic brain injury; medically complex diagnoses; trauma; cancer; vestibular disorders; impaired balance; and falls.
Fletcher Estock is a physical therapist. She earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Suwanee, Georgia. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in kinesiology from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. She is certified in dry needling and pelvic health therapy.
Caitlyn Finley is a physical therapist assistant. She earned an Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Athens Technical College in Athens. She specializes in treating various orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions as well as concussions.
Daryl Floyd earned a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Sargent College/Boston University. He has been a physical therapist for over 40 years. Floyd holds numerous certifications including strength and conditioning specialist from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, certified health coach from Emory University and certified massage therapist from the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy. He also is a certified cancer specialist from the Progressive Oncology Rehabilitation Institute. Floyd is certified for rehab for head and neck cancers, breast cancer, and exercise and chemotherapy exercise management. Additionally, he is a certified lymphedema therapist through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies and is a member of the National Lymphedema Network.
MaraJade Gray is a physical therapy assistant. She earned a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Nutrition from the University of Montevallo in Montevallo, Alabama, and furthered her education to earn her license as a physical therapist assistant from Wallace State College in Hanceville, Alabama. Her primary focuses are neurologic and orthopedic conditions.
Eric Kure earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Georgia Southern University--Armstrong in Savannah, Georgia. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is a board-certified specialist in orthopedic physical therapy with the APTA. Only 10% of therapists receive this board certification. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education in athletic training and exercise and sports science from the University of Georgia in Athens. Kure is a licensed athletic trainer, certified in dry needling and is also an emergency medical technician (EMT-B).
Delaney Lee is a physical therapy assistant. She earned an Associate of Applied Science Physical Therapist Assistant degree from Seminole State College in Sanford, Florida. Lee has training in treating neurological, orthopedic, and balance/falls conditions for adults, and in treating pediatric patients.
Alyssa Luthi earned a Master of Science in rehabilitation science with an emphasis in occupational therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. She has over 20 years experience as an occupational therapist. She holds certification in neurodevelopmental treatment, is modalities and therapeutic listening certified, and is trained in the Handwriting Without Tears program. She is certified in LSVT BIG and BIG for Life. Luthi specializes in pediatrics and neurological conditions.
Katie Mahoney received a Master of Science in physical therapy from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega. She earned a Bachelor of Science in psychology and Spanish from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. She specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, Parkinson's disease, stroke, traumatic brain rehabilitation and concussion, and has over 26 years of experience. Mahoney completed the APTA Vestibular Competency Course at Emory University. She has spent the past 20+ years researching the conditions and current treatments to help people who experience vertigo and dizziness. Mahoney also holds certification for the LSVT BIG program to improve movement and function for people with Parkinson's disease.
Darius McAphee is a certified clinical specialist in orthopedics. He has been a therapist for over 10 years and works on the sports medicine team. McAphee specializes in dry needling, Graston Technique, manual therapy, and sports and orthopedic rehab.
Clay McCollum earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia. He has earned a sports certified specialist designation from the American Physical Therapy Association. Only 10% of therapists receive this board certification. McCollum is a clinical specialist in orthopedics and sports, and specializes in video analysis of throwing and running mechanics to improve performance and prevent injury.
Jessica Mohler graduated from Floyd College in Rome as a physical therapy assistant and a certified sports metric instructor. Her specialties include sports medicine, musculoskeletal pathologies and lymphedema.
Kurtis Rogers earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy and bachelor's degree in exercise science from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in Princess Anne, Maryland. He earned his associate’s degree in allied health/pre-physical therapy from Southern Adventist University in Collegedale, Tennessee. Rogers is currently pursuing his certification in orthopedics
Danielle Salerno is an Arkansas native who earned her Master of Science in speech language pathology at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway and a Bachelor of Science at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville.
David Snider earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Science in athletic training from the University of North Georgia in Dahlonega. He holds certifications for LSVT BIG and dry needling therapy, and is also a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist.
Joy Stanley is a graduate of the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. She has over 31 years of experience as a physical therapy assistant. Redden specializes in total joints and chronic, myofascial pain syndrome.
Faith Stokes is a board-certified orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS) through the American Physical Therapy Association. She completed an orthopedic residency with Evidence in Motion. Stokes earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a bachelor's degree in biology and an associate's degree in psychology from Dalton State College in Dalton. She is certified in pelvic health and treats all ages and all genders. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, including the Pelvic Health Section, and the Physical Therapy Association of Georgia.
Hunter Todd holds board certification as an orthopaedic clinical specialist (OCS) from the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and also is a board-certified sports certified specialist (SCS) by the American Physical Therapy Association. He earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of South Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from University of Alabama-Birmingham. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, including being a Sports Physical Therapy Section member.
Erin Wright is a physical therapist. She earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in in animal science from Berry College. She is certified in dry needling and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association.
Summerville
Ansley Sanders, PTA, is a physical therapist assistant. She earned an associate's degree in physical therapy assistant from Chattahoochee Technical College and a bachelor's degree in early childhood education from Shorter University.
