Community Outreach
The combination of Atrium Health and Floyd brings together two mission-focused, not-for-profit health care systems focused on health, hope and healing for all.
Working with those who know the communities we serve, Floyd seeks to invest, serve and partner with programs and people that can improve the wellbeing of the men and women who live, work, play and worship here.
The new Floyd-Polk Health Care Foundation will help provide funding to build on the successes of the already excellent programs in place, such as our More Heart outreach effort to address health care disparities, our mobile mammography and our outstanding School Clinic and Athletic Training programs.
