Stacy “Michelle" Hendrix Treats Patients of All Ages
ROME, Ga., April 24, 2025 – Stacy "Michelle" Hendrix sees patients of all ages at Atrium Health Floyd Primary Care Family Medicine in Rockmart.
Hendrix, a certified family nurse practitioner, said her philosophy of care is to take care of the whole person.
“It is important to get to know them and know exactly what's going on," Hendrix said. “If you take time to listen, you can find out about their needs and how you can help them."
Hendrix said she enjoys family practice because it requires a wide variety of knowledge to treat people of all ages.
“The perfect patient-provider relationship is having a provider who listens and a patient who is prepared beforehand so that anything important can be discussed at the time of appointment," Hendrix added.
A Rockmart High School graduate, she received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing in Atlanta and her Associate of Science in nursing from Georgia Highlands College.
Atrium Health Floyd Primary Care Family Medicine Rockmart offers care to adults for preventive health, chronic disease management and sick visits. The office is open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
