​Bill Pay

The way you pay your bills and who you contact may be different based on the date you received care or services:

• On or before October 22, 2023: Call Atrium Health Floyd Northwest Georgia Medical Clinic at 706-291-0884 to pay your bill.
• On or after October 23, 2023:
  
• Online: You may pay your bill online by signing up for the MyAtriumHealth patient portal. In this portal, you can also view and pay bills, make appointments with your provider, view medical records or request prescription refills.
• Phone:​ If you would like to pay your bill by phone or have questions, call 704-512-7171 or 844-440-6536
• Email: You may email your questions about paying a bill to AHPA@AtriumHealth.org.​​
  

Patient Portal​

To access the patient portal that contains your medical records, sign up for MyAtriumHealth.

In this ​patient portal, you can view your medical records, view and pay bills, make appointments with your provider or request prescription refills. You may also download the MyAtriumHealth app onto your mobile device.​
