Navigating the life changes that come with diabetes can be hard. Whether you are new to blood sugar checks or need practical advice on your diet, our group provides emotional support and education. We will help you create healthy eating and exercise habits, and monitoring skills. 

People with Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and their families share challenges and daily struggles. Together, with our certified diabetes educators, the group provides practical solutions. Come alone or bring a loved one as we fight diabetes together.

The Diabetes Support Group meets on the third Thursday of every other month -- January 16, March 19, May 21, July 16, September 17 and November 19 .
