Beth Bradford
Chief Human Resources Officer
Ms. Bradford was named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2013, following two years as Director of Human Resources for Floyd. Prior to joining the organization in 2011, she served as senior consultant at Towers Watson, an international capital consulting firm, and a human resources consultant to SCANA Corporation.
Ms. Bradford earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Auburn University, Auburn, Alabama, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University, Atlanta. She currently serves on the Board of the Georgia Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. She previously served as a board member of the Rome Area Council for the Arts.
As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms. Bradford is responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the human resources functions for the Floyd health care system, including the following areas:
