COVID Vaccinations
Atrium Health Floyd locations offer the Pfizer vaccine. This COVID-19 vaccine is available to anyone 6 months and older. Those under age 18 should be accompanied by a legal guardian to provide consent.
Being fully vaccinated requires two or three shots, depending on age. Appointments for additional doses will be made at the time the first vaccine is given.

Booster Vaccinations
Atrium Health Floyd is offering eligible, existing primary care patients the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine booster, in accordance with the CDC's recommendation of booster doses. To be eligible, patients must have received first and second doses of the Pfizer vaccine at least six months prior to receiving the booster.
